We founded our company with the benefit of hindsight gained from decades of successful business experience. Partners Phil Kubec and Ed Hammer had both built $300 million national companies: Phil in the commercial cleaning industry, and Ed in the car rental industry. Their idea was to combine the accumulated knowledge from their previous successes and, starting with a clean slate, “create a better mouse trap”. The “better mouse trap” merges Phil’s experience building a franchise janitorial company from a single location to an organization with 7,000 franchisees and 32,000 customers, with Ed’s experience growing a rental car business from start-up to 435 locations by leveraging proprietary software solutions.
