Bill began his career in 1993 as a Pharmaceutical Representative for the Bristol Myers Squibb Company in the Gainesville, Florida market. A year later, his career took him to the medical sales and services industry working with The Sutter Corporation, a subsidiary of Columbia Hospital Corporation. There he was responsible for equipment leasing, sales, technical support and service to all hospitals, secondary medical facilities, orthopedic doctors and their patients in the Northern Florida Region. Because of his commitment and knowledge, Bill was able to turn around a territory that had not grown in 4 years and realize more than a 40% growth in that first year.
Bill then joined Tom Shaw Speed Inc. in New Orleans, Louisiana. His responsibilities consisted of aiding in the company’s start-up by supporting marketing needs, client recruitment, vendor set-ups and relationships, billing/collection as well as assisting with the daily training and rehab needs of the athletes. He drew top vendors and sponsors, modern training/rehab equipment and NFL rookie draft prospects and agents for the training services of Tom Shaw.
In 1996 Bill moved to south Florida and began a new career in the commercial cleaning industry with one of the world’s largest companies. As a Sales Representative for the Miami, Ft. Lauderdale and Palm Beach markets, he was responsible for obtaining cleaning service contracts for Franchise Owners. Out of more than 200 representatives country-wide, Bill was a Top 5 Performer for 9 consecutive years. In 2000, he was promoted to Sales Manager of the Palm Beach office where he helped cultivate several more top producers under his tutelage. In 2006, Bill was promoted to the corporate position of Regional Sales Manager and Corporate Sales Trainer. His responsibilities included managing 100+ outside sales reps and 100+ inside sales reps throughout the 24 corporate offices as well as the training for all new hire and new information/marketing. After nearly eleven years with this company, Bill decided it was time to venture out on his own and, in July of 2007, joined forces with System4. While going through the purchasing phases of his Master Franchise, Bill briefly worked as Sales Manager for the System4 of Boston office. Bill opened the doors to System4 of Tampa in January of 2008, kicking off a new window of opportunity for freedom and success for his Franchise Owners and quality service and commitment for his customers!
Bill graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Nutrition and Fitness. He was on athletic scholarship and earned Letterman Honors as a student athletic trainer for the football and baseball programs.
