Steve Brogno
Master Franchise Owner

After graduating from the University of Kentucky in 1986, Steve Brogno began his career at Fidelity Investments in Boston, MA. As a Retirement Specialist with the privately held mutual fund company, Steve worked with Plan Administrators to set up, maintain and manage employee retirement plans. While at Fidelity, Steve earned his Series 6 and 63 licenses as well as his Series 7 Brokerage license.

In 1990, Steve graduated from the Boston College Carroll Graduate School of Management with a Master's Degree in Business Administration. He immediately joined American Power Conversion Corporation (NASDAQ:APCC) in Peacedale, RI, a manufacturer of uninterruptible power supplies. In his role as a Financial Manager, Steve had responsibility for all Accounting operations at the high growth, NASDAQ listed Corporation. His areas of direct responsibility included Accounts Payable and Receivable, Credit, Collections, Treasury Management and Banking. Steve also assumed management roles in the Warehousing, Shipping, Receiving and Traffic departments as circumstances warranted. He also served as the Plan Administrator for APC's Incentive Stock Option plan.

In 1997, Steve was named Sales Controller assuming financial responsibility for APC's worldwide sales organization. After spending extensive time traveling throughout Europe, the Far East and Latin America, 1999 saw Steve's focus turn to North America, which generated approximately 65% of the Company's revenue.

In late 2001, after 5 stock splits and more than a 4,000% increase in sales revenue, Steve left APC to pursue other opportunities. He joined Chris DiNapoli and another former co-worker as a financial consultant to a small diversified public company, the Infinite Group (IGI). IGI's primary operations centered around laser based materials processing, with secondary emphasis on photonics research and development. In 2003, Steve accepted the position as Vice President-Finance at Laser Fare, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Infinite Group. In early 2005 Steve successfully assisted IGI's management in selling Laser Fare to a group of private investors. Shortly thereafter, Steve and Chris set upon their course to become System4 Master Franchisees.

As the Master Franchise Owner for Rhode Island, Connecticut, Western Massachusetts and Eastern New York, Steve and Chris are excited to build a top notch organization and become a building block on which System4 will delight customers and franchisees alike.
