J. R. (Rick) Crocker, III graduated from The University of New Orleans with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration along with a minor in Life Sciences.In 1977, Rick began his career in medical device sales as a Technical Sales Representative with A. C. Medical Supply, Inc., a New Orleans based distributor for Respiratory Care products and equipment.In this role, Rick was responsible for growing market share and increasing company profits by selling to pulmonary physicians and respiratory therapists.Due to his ability to quickly gain the confidence and trust of his customers, Rick was able to achieve substantial market growth in just a short period of time.His early success and achievement earned him the number one position in company sales standings for six consecutive years.In 1984, Rick assumed the responsibility of Sales Manager overseeing the sales operations as well as heading up a new homecare venture (Accredited Respiratory Homecare) initiated by the parent company.

In 1986, Rick joined Seamless Hospital Products, a national manufacturer of disposable hospital products.In his Territory Sales position with Seamless, Rick was number two in sales standings during his first year and as a result was promoted to a Sales Trainer, a position he held until 1988 when he left to join Medtronic, Inc.

As a Territory Sales Manager with Medtronic, Rick’s responsibilities included selling the company’s cardiac surgery product line to cardiac surgeons and perfusionists.During his career with Medtronic which lasted almost 19 years, Rick was instrumental in developing new markets and introducing many new products as they were launched by the company.For his efforts, he was the recipient of numerous awards for sales excellence and achievement.

In June of 2007 and after 30 years in the medical sales industry, Rick decided to pursue the American Dream of becoming a business owner.After much due diligence and consultation, he decided to partner with System4.He purchased the Master Franchise for the Philadelphia market place in December 2007.Rick is very excited about his new business venture and is eager to work with the local franchisees to help them realize their dream of becoming a successful business owner.His ultimate goal is to have System4 recognized as the leader in Commercial Cleaning within the Philadelphia market place.
