Position Description – As a business to business sales and marketing company, we employ telemarketers who set up qualified appointments for you. Your job is to assess the needs of the customer, generate on site proposals with our innovative sales software and close the deal. Use of our web-based sales software is used to follow-up and convert “pipeline” prospects into customers. This position also requires cold calling on prospective accounts. Calling hours are typically normal business hours between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.
Success Factors – Outgoing sales type personality that thrives on closing deals, ability to comply with a proven sales approach and process, ability to work independently, to take a genuine interest in the success of the office and to have a positive and proactive attitude.
Skills – Computer, internet and computer program working knowledge. Preferred 3-5 years of outside business to business sales experience
Compensation- A base salary with the majority of the compensation based on performance. Annual compensation should reach $50K at minimum and could approach or exceed $90K for a top-notch performer.
