Position Description – We are a franchisor of commercial cleaning services. This position is responsible for franchisee training, the liaison between the customers and the franchisees, on-site inspection visits and customer account system updates. Office hours are somewhat flexible because some franchisee training and account inspections occur after normal business hours.

Success Factors – Proactive and positive interpersonal communication skills. The desire to train and encourage the development of new and existing franchisees. Self motivated and ability to work independently. Ability to problem solve and “think on your feet”, to take a genuine interest in the success of the office and to have a positive and proactive attitude.

Skills – People supervision and/or management experience. Computer, internet and computer program working knowledge. Preferred 5+ years of personnel supervision.

Compensation- A base salary combined with an incentive package based on customer satisfaction. Auto and cell phone allowances.
