Daniel E. Lynn

Daniel E. Lynn has twenty-eight years of experience in consumer packaged goods companies in the United States and in Latin America, first as a marketing executive, and later as a general manager and subsidiary president. Dan spent twenty years with the Campbell Soup Company, where he managed the marketing of well-known brands such as Swanson, Mrs. Paul’s, and V8 Juice. He and his marketing teams for each of these brands were awarded Campbell’s global marketing excellence award, and Dan also served as a member of Campbell’s Global Marketing Council for many years.

For the last fourteen years, Dan has been building his management expertise in senior positions with Latin American businesses, such as Swift-Armour Argentina, S.A.A., where he was Domestic VP of Marketing and Sales; Campbell’s de Mexico, S.A. de C.V., and Azteca Milling, L.P. (an American division of the Mexican tortilla giant, Gruma, S.A.), both of which he served as President. Dan lived in Mexico and Argentina for seven years, and he has gained a rich understanding of the different business cultures that exist from Mexico to Chile. Most recently, Dan served as Vice President – Latin America for The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company, where he rewrote the strategic plan, redefined business processes, and improved relationships with key customers.

Dan also formed his own executive consulting firm in 2002 to help optimize the performance of Hispanic businesses in the United States, and to help American firms improve their results in Latin America, and with Hispanic consumers in the USA. An energetic team builder, Dan is respected for his leadership abilities, communication skills, business judgment, and integrity.

A native of Camden, New Jersey, Dan holds both Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration degrees from Cornell University. He is fluent in Spanish, which he speaks at home in Irving, Texas with his Mexican-born wife and his Argentine-born daughter. In his spare time, Dan enjoys researching his family history, cooking, bowling, and serving as both a Eucharistic minister and lector at his local church.

As the Master Franchise Owner for the DFW Metroplex, Dan looks forward to helping his unit franchisees achieve the dream of successfully owning and managing their own business, while establishing a quality reputation that will make System4 of North Texas the preferred company for commercial cleaning in the Metroplex.
