Cary Reed attended Monterey Peninsula College and entered the sales field in 1988 with MacMillan Publishing. Cary was ranked 2nd in the nation in sales during his first full year as Regional Sales Director.
In 1993, Cary joined Spirit Rent-A-Car in Columbus, Ohio and participated in their Management Development Program. Cary was a major contributor to the long term success Spirit realized in that market and was awarded a Branch Manager position in Dayton, Ohio in June of that year. In 1995, Cary was promoted to General Manager and relocated to Houston, Texas to develop Spirit’s operations in the State of Texas. Following the sale of Spirit Rent-A-Car to Auto Nation, Cary was assigned the duty of integrating the West Coast Operations in 1997. In 1998, Cary was promoted to Regional Vice President and was relocated to the corporate office in Cleveland, Ohio. He subsequently integrated and developed the southeast, Midwest and West Coast regions in the United States through the year 2000.
Cary started TEAM Car Rental Consultants in 2000 and served as President. TEAM provided consulting services to car rental companies on a nationwide basis until October 2004. Cary was proud to assist in the development and operation of companies such as Safelite Auto Glass, Auto Temps Rent-A-Car, Car Rental Direct, AutoRent, U-Save Auto Rental, Harmon Auto Glass and many others. Cary also served as the Vice President of Marketing and Development for Spirit Software Solutions, assisting in the development of a computer software application for the car rental industry.
Cary joined System4 in 2004 and has grown the Northern Ohio and National Markets into the top revenue generating markets at System4. Cary has received numerous awards and recognition regarding his markets, including the Franchise Sales Award for 2005 and 2006 for the top franchise sales in the United States. Cary has developed the sales and marketing program for System4 and developed the materials used to support the master franchise owners nationwide. In addition, Cary has provided sales training to all Master Markets in the United States. Cary also reated and developed the National Remote Franchise Program which provides franchise owners the opportunity to own a System4 cleaning franchise regardless of where they live in the United States.
Cary is proud to team with Patrick Kearney in their acquisition of System4 Northern Ohio and System4 – National Markets and to continue to operate on the cutting edge of the commercial cleaning industry.
