Roy Strate
Master Franchise Owner
Roy Strate has over 20 years of experience in business development, sales management and employee development. In his career, he has consistently displayed the talent and leadership needed to drive revenue, inspire teams and excel at operational management. As a System4 Master Owner, Roy looks forward to bringing his hands-on and process-driven management style to his own business. His diverse background has provided a unique skill set that Roy will use to create a winning organization.
Roy began his collegiate career at a junior college, but then received a golf scholarship to California State University Northridge, where he majored in Business. In the 90s, Roy worked for National Staff Network as an Employee Leasing Consultant and Sales Manager, overseeing 12 independent consultants. He was also personally responsible for 15% of the company’s sales volume during that time. In 2001 he became the Regional Vice President of Team America PEO; this was a $40 million division of a publicly traded $200 million company. Roy was able to grow that division by 36% in 18 months. During his time there, his leadership played a large role in making the PEO business the most profitable division in the company.
In 2004 Roy became the Regional Director of Jani-King Las Vegas. In 18 months he was able to effectively manage the sales and operations teams to grow monthly revenues from $500,000 to $754,000. During his time there, he was also ranked #3 in the nation with an average of over $30,000 per month in franchise sales deposits. While at Jani-King, Roy decided he had found an industry and business model that was a perfect fit for him. After leaving Jani-King in 2007, Roy was a franchise broker while he worked towards buying his own business in the commercial cleaning franchise industry.
Roy opened the doors to System4 of Las Vegas in October of 2009. Having successfully grown this kind of business for someone else, he is looking forward to building it for his family and himself this time around. He and his wife are excited to have the opportunity to start System4 of Las Vegas and look forward to much success and opening additional offices in the future.
