Business Description – We are a “Business to Business” management and service company. Please refer to this web site for a complete description of our franchise services in this $90 billion industry.
Position Description – This position is responsible for calling on businesses to schedule appointments for our sales personnel to provide quotes for our services. Business calling hours are between 9:00am and 5:00pm. We prefer Monday to Friday work schedules, but based on your abilities and experience we may be able to structure a flexible work schedule.
Success Factors – Ability to make 100+ calls a day and to approach each call with a positive “I am going to set an appointment on this call” type of attitude. Having a positive attitude toward appointment setting is a critical success factor. The second factor is an understanding our business and the ability to address prospect objections with System4 solutions. Desire to take a genuine interest in the success of the sales production required.
Skills – Computer, internet and computer program working knowledge. Preferred 3-5 years of inside business to business customer service or calling experience.
Compensation- Entry level compensation starts at an hourly rate. Experience and performance incentives can significantly increase total compensation. Advancement opportunities available to Administrative or Outside Sales positions.
