Kirk Williams

Kirk Williams brings 13 years of experience in sales and management to the System4 team. As a Manufacturers Rep with Heritage Log Homes, a multi million dollar log home manufacturer in Sevierville Tennessee, Kirk gained invaluable experience selling home packages to homeowners nationwide while successfully managing 35 Independent Dealers. As his career took him into the wholesale lumber arena selling commodity lumber to over 200 customers with House Hasson Hardware in Knoxville, Kirk was recruited to work as an Outside Sales and Product Development Rep for the US Lumber Group in Atlanta GA. Working his territory of Middle and Eastern Tennessee gave him first-hand experience in ‘big business’ with his sales exceeding $10 million per year. After 13 years in the lumber industry, Kirk has earned his reputation for natural sales ability and skill at building customer relationships. Lumber companies continue to pursue Kirk for his expertise.

As a 1992 graduate of University of Tennessee Knoxville with a BS in Education focusing on private/ commercial recreation management, Kirk began his career working for the City of Gatlinburg located in the Great Smoky Mountains. Assuming the role of General Manager at Gatlinburg Golf and Games, a tourist attraction in the busy downtown tourist center, Kirk earned signifcant experience successfully managing employees, business and customers.

Kirk launched System4 of East Tennessee in late 2007. He is excited about building his team and looks forward to partnering with Franchise Owners to help them successfully build their businesses and provide first rate cleaning services to commercial facilities in the region. Kirk resides in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains in Seymour Tennessee with his wife Amy.
