Position Description – System4 is a franchisor of commercial cleaning services. This position of General Manager is responsible for all aspects and performance of a System4 regional office these include managing inside sales, outside sales, operations, administration selling new franchises and franchise and customer relations. Office hours are 8:00 am until 5:30 pm with some evening and the occasional Saturday for franchise presentations and call backs.
Success Factors – Proactive, positive interpersonal communication and management skills are essential. You must possess the ability to motivate and encourage the development of your team and lead them to success. You must be self motivated and driven to increase the growth and profitability of the office. The ability to problem solve and ‘think on your feet’, to take a genuine interest in the success of the office and to have a positive and proactive attitude will allow you to succeed as part of the System4 team.
Skills Required – Sales and operational supervision and/or management experience along with good interpersonal communications skills. Computer, internet and computer software working knowledge. Preferred: 5+ years of direct personnel management. P&L experience a plus.
Compensation – A base salary combined with an incentive package based on growth of your region and franchise sales.
Career Path – Top performing general managers may promoted to Vice President or Director and have the opportunity to manage General Managers across multiple offices.
