Eric comes to System4 with over 22 years of business ownership and management experience in the commercial cleaning and restaurant industries. As a restaurant owner-operator, he struggled to find a quality cleaning company. After several changes, he decided to clean the restaurant with his own employees. This decision led Eric to realizing the business potential for a commercial cleaning company that delivered a consistent and quality service.
Shortly after this realization, Eric sold his restaurant and started his cleaning company. Initially, he grew the business through the acquisition of small, local companies and with strategic broker partnerships. Eventually, Eric became a System4 local franchise owner. He felt that the advantage of partnering with System4 was that he could ramp-up the growth of his business because System4 would get new customers and assist with financing his expansion. His business, coupled with his System4 franchise, was billing over $50,000 per month.
This experience helped position him to take the next step in his career as a business owner: to purchase the Master Franchise rights to System4 of Northern Ohio. Eric brings a unique combination of understanding both the cleaning side of the business as well as the franchising side from his previous experience. He is excited to support the current and new franchisees in Northern Ohio and share his expertise in growing a successful commercial cleaning business.
