Jonathan Caffrey graduated from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. Having earned his way through college working in automobile sales, Jonathan was attracted to the industry after graduation. In the fall of 1983, he became General Manager of a Chrysler Plymouth Dodge dealership in Western Massachusetts. After several successful years, Jonathan branched out on his own to become the Owner and President of a new endeavor, Caffrey Ford in Great Barrington Massachusetts. Utilizing his business savvy and sense of fair play, Jonathan earned the distinction as one of top Ford Dealerships in New England (measured by customer satisfaction and market share). Jonathan sold the business in 1997, and accepted a position as Consultant for a major Solutions Provider for Auto Dealerships across the USA, Reynolds and Reynolds based in Dayton Ohio.
In his role at Reynolds and Reynolds, Jonathan consulted with auto dealerships and vehicle manufacturers to improve the auto purchasing sales process. Included in his client list were Honda, Toyota, Ford, Volvo, Lincoln Mercury and Mercedes Benz. After growing bored and un-challenged in his career path, Jonathan purchased System4 of Boston in March 2008. Jonathan brings a wealth of knowledge in team building and a stellar track record of success to the System4 team. Jonathan’s past successes can be directly attributed to his unrelenting pursuit of the satisfaction of his customers and employees.
