Kent S. Prieskorn graduated from Florida Institute of Technology in 1988 attaining a degree in Oceanographic Technology/Engineering with honors and minors in Chemistry & Mathematics. He first joined Proctor and Gamble as a Chemical Analyst and then GE as a Control Specialist Engineer. As such, Kent traveled extensively performing final interfacing and start-up of multi-million dollar GE generating equipment in Power Plants. In his 16 years at GE, Kent was continuously trained by the best at the GE Corporate Executive Development Center in Crotonville, NY which was founded by GE CEO Jack Welch. His career at GE included positions as Plant Engineer, Operations Manager, Plant Manager, Manager of Performance & Diagnostics Systems, Manager of Operations Central US & Canada and Portfolio Performance Manager. His career culminated as Global O&M Customer Value Manager with responsibilities for contracts totaling $220M in annual revenues for long term power plant operation and maintenance across twelve different countries.

Kent, his wife Elena and daughter Larisa reside in Smyrna, Georgia which is directly adjacent to the city of Atlanta.
