Position Description – The position includes both administrative and customer service support.  Responsibilities include daily cash deposit and application, billing, customer satisfaction calls, customer and franchisee support, administrative and receptionist responsibilities, and possibly some supervisory and/or bookkeeping duties (as determined by owner/operator).  Typical Monday through Friday business hours are observed.  Flexible scheduling may be available as determined by the respective owner/operator.

Success Factors – Ability to self manage, to effectively communicate with customers, to multi-task, to take a genuine interest in the success of the office and to have a positive and proactive attitude.

Skills – Computer, bookkeeping and customer service working knowledge.  Preferred 3-5 years of business office experience.

Compensation- Depending on hours worked this may be an hourly or salaried position, typically along with an incentive program.  Entry level compensation will vary based on market and scope of responsibilities.  Advancement opportunities are available to Operations and Sales.
