Wayne Uhl
Master Franchise Owner

Wayne Uhl joins System4 with 20+ years of experience in the capital equipment manufacturing industry. He began his career with RA Jones, a packaging equipment manufacturer in Northern Kentucky. His strong career progression while at Jones saw him rise from a product management role to Assembly Superintendent, to the front side of the business as Sales and Marketing Industry Manager in charge of worldwide sales for North America, South America, Europe, and Asia. From there he took on the role of Director of Project Management and finally as Business Unit Director for Flexible Packaging and Robotics.

Wayne moved on to a new opportunity with DT Industries, a manufacturer of specialty automation equipment, as Division President and Director of Global Operations. During this time he and his wife enjoyed a 6 month stay in England acting as Vice President of Operations. Wayne then accepted a position with ATS, a manufacturer of specialty automation equipment, where he served as General Manager.

After a successful career in the corporate world Wayne decided to fulfill his dream of owning his own business. After careful review of many different business opportunities, Wayne was impressed and inspired by the proven success of System4, their business model, and the integrity and culture of the company. Wayne decided to join the System4 team and is now the Master Franchise owner of System4 of Southern California serving San Diego County.

Wayne graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Xavier University in Cincinnati. Wayne and his wife Sandi now reside in San Diego.
