Leslie Willard
Master Franchise Owner

Leslie Willard began his business career with Price Waterhouse in the Auditing and Business Consulting Group. Leslie’s ability to apply his business acumen within unrelated industries resulted in successive promotions within the organization spanning Financial Services, Real Estate Development, and Healthcare and Insurance Industry Groups. After 10 successful years with Price Waterhouse, Leslie was recruited by LBMS, Inc. a high-tech software company, as Corporate Controller overseeing all accounting and operations personnel world wide. Leslie was promoted to Vice President of Finance/Treasurer shortly thereafter and oversaw the restructuring of the corporation and ultimate merger with Platinum Technology, Inc.

In 1998, Leslie joined Mission Critical Software as Vice President of Finance, Treasurer and Secretary. Leslie was integral in the Company’s growth from 50 employees to over 300. Under his guidance, the company grew from a small privately funded start-up to a publicly traded entity with a market capitalization in excess of $1 billion. In 2002, Leslie took on the challenge by a large Private Equity firm to take Permeo Technologies, Inc., from a development organization to a fully integrated software company. This included development and implementation of all corporate structure and participation in the planning and development of the sales and marketing organization which was responsible for implementing the developed “go to market” strategies.

In 2005, Leslie decided to leave the corporate world and venture out on his own. While searching for the perfect business fit, Leslie performed Business Consulting for various entities. His consulting ranged from assistance with fund raising to the development of business plans, “go to market” strategies, team development and reorganization. In May 2008, after much due diligence and research, Leslie decided to partner with System4 and is now the Master Franchise Owner of System4 of Houston. Leslie is very excited by the opportunity to build his own business and to help local Franchisees realize their dreams of becoming successful business owners.

Leslie graduated from Texas Tech University in 1995 with a B.B.A. in Accounting and Finance specializing in Real Estate.
